We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts to enable quality solution delivery and health utilizing Microsoft's services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the client's technology platform and Microsoft's technology roadmap, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will guide and lead discussions to facilitate the achievement of client business goals by leveraging their investment in Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts
• Technical Relevance: Understand and apply Microsoft solutions and technical capabilities to client needs and requirements
• Collaboration: Work with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimize usage, and drive adoption
• Communication: Develop communication strategies for holding business value discussions at client executive levels

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
