Junior AI Automation Associate

At Headquarters, we are looking for enthusiastic, curious, and driven individuals who are ready to learn and grow in the field of AI-driven automation. This role is designed for early-career candidates who are motivated by challenges and want to help various teams across the company solve real-world problems using cutting-edge AI technology. ⏰ This is a full-time (8 working hours per day) role. It requires working 4 hours a day 8am - 12pm PST (5pm - 9pm Serbia time zone), while the other 4 hours are flexible. *You are entitled to a one-hour break within these 8 hours. Key Responsibilities: Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Agents:

    • Develop and implement custom AI agents to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency within the organization.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities that can be leveraged through AI agents.

✅AI Integration with Business Processes

    • Work with different departments to integrate AI solutions that optimize key business processes (such as sales, marketing, data analysis etc.).
    • Ensure that AI solutions align with specific business needs and improve existing workflows.

Automation of Business Workflows:

    • Create and maintain automated workflows using AI tools and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, among others.
    • Develop and optimize automations for repetitive tasks, data management, and decision-making processes.

Develop Enterprise Prompts:

    • Create and refine enterprise-specific AI prompts to ensure they generate accurate and relevant results within the automation systems.
    • Continuously improve the quality and accuracy of prompts, adjusting them to the evolving needs of the organization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI agents and automations to ensure they meet business objectives.
    • Generate reports on the efficiency of the deployed solutions and propose improvements.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

    • Collaborate closely with IT, development, marketing, and other departments to identify AI and automation needs.
    • Assist teams in understanding how AI and automation can be used to solve complex problems and increase productivity.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation.
    • Apply new knowledge and technologies to improve existing AI solutions and explore new opportunities for the company.

Requirements

No experience necessary: You don’t need prior experience in AI or automation—just a curious mindset, a passion for learning, and the drive to solve puzzles.

✔️ Strong communicator: While you don’t need to be a native English speaker, you should be able to communicate clearly in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate with global teams.

✔️ Team player: Ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment, communicating and sharing ideas with team members from different backgrounds and cultures.

✔️ Problem-solver: Whether it’s optimizing processes or debugging an automation system, you should be able to approach challenges with persistence and creativity.
