Job Overview: As the Supply Chain Lead at Scalesforth, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance our overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to assess supply chain performance and develop actionable insights for optimization
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain function

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, demand planning software, and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating and guiding teams toward common goals
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities
