Job Title: Online Grocery Shopping Experience Ambassador

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, navigating our store to select and gather products for online orders, processing payments and coupons, and delivering orders to customers' cars. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders in an efficient and accurate manner
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Process payments and coupons, and handle customer transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Deliver orders to customers' cars, ensuring a seamless and convenient shopping experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve productivity standards and meet customer expectations

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment is an asset
