Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive profitable sales growth and expand our customer base
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay ahead of the competition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the plastic component/injection molding sector
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of success in new business development, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and expand sales channels
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and charismatic, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
