Join Our Team: Field Service Technician - Delivering Innovative Water Solutions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team in the LA area market. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by performing installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our cutting-edge filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair products to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing water filters, cleaning and sanitizing water tanks, and replacing UV bulbs
• Conduct visual inspections to identify leaks and malfunctions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support during site visits
• Operate a company vehicle and maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Electronically transfer customer and company information, and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Experience in repair and maintenance, with a technical school degree preferred
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with familiarity with basic tools and equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and quantity
• Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 70+ pounds
• Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
