At Pink Callers, we provide remote fractional CSRs to home service businesses, such as HVAC and plumbing, to handle daily office tasks. You possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Experience in the service industry, particularly in plumbing, HVAC, or a related field, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, including phone and email management, and service appointment scheduling
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, appointments, and concerns
• Organize documents, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Process customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Assist in the setup and implementation of dispatching software, such as ServiceTitan
• Contribute to additional tasks to support the company's growth and success

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a plus for experience in the service industry
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with experience in Cloud-based CRM systems a plus
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials a plus
• Must pass a background check

Technical Requirements:

• Desktop or Laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor
• Windows or Mac-based operating system
• 8gb RAM or more, with supportable internet speeds and a reliable router

Position Details:

• Remote, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
• 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth
