About the position In this seasonal elevated role, you will work in an energizing, fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers through multiple interactive channels of communication. You will be focused on the customer as you support and improve the customer experience and satisfaction. You are an agile solution seeker and are comfortable multi-tasking to solve problems quickly with satisfying solutions while empowered to do the right thing. This is a seasonal full-time remote role based in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and field partners for all our brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication.

- Demonstrate abilities in managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information.

- Determine solutions independently, think creatively and implement rapidly with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility.

- Proven customer service experience in a fast paced and complex environment.
