Job Title:

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately processing submissions, maintaining data integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process electronic submissions from members with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify data against source documents to ensure compliance with specified requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive member information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Accurately document and record member information in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data entry and CRM software
• Previous data entry experience

• Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability
