We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Technician Trainee to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform basic automotive services, including tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance
• Work closely with experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Perform manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
• Commitment to learning new technologies and following established safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training
