Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with producers to gather production elements, including video, audio, and images.
• Ingest video content into the server for seamless integration into projects.
• Work closely with editors, providing essential support to ensure the smooth execution of productions.
• Showcase creativity and initiative by developing compelling story ideas.
• Coordinate and organize field shoots.
• Log video and publication data.
• Lead thorough research, reporting, and publication content management under tight deadline pressures.
• Collaborate closely with the Legal department and Clearances team to ensure that all video, images, and audio materials are cleared for broadcast.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale productions within tight deadline constraints.
• Capacity to switch between long-term projects and breaking news stories as required.
• Adventurous, clever, and collaborative, with a talent for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Honest, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Past experience in news or narrative production.
• Knowledge of authentic and digital resources.

Required Education:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
