Responsibilities

• Manage communication between stakeholders, define mitigation strategies, and provide clarity to the team
• Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and team integration across portfolios and products
• Create and configure application plans tailored to goals and strategies
• Modify structure in response to changes and understand resource management and its benefits
• Use standard procedures and tools to perform audits and performance evaluations for specific products
• Support problem-solving, solve problems, and follow advice and product usage in life
• Facilitate incremental program (IP) sessions and pre-planning (pre- and post-IP planning) of all deliverables
• Understand and implement test automation processes and the importance of fast delivery
• Provide new resources to support and develop personally while supporting the product team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management
• Expert in Agile, Scrum, Safe, and Kanban processes
• Experience as Delivery Manager (RTE) and/or Project Manager/Project Manager
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and working with business and IT
• Certified PMP, Pgmp, Agile, Safe RTE (preferred)
