Transformational CCCS Process Designer Opportunity

Join our innovative team as a CCCS Process Designer and drive business excellence! We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead process design sessions, identify improvement opportunities, and develop future-state business process designs. As a remote-based role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while collaborating with key stakeholders and SMEs to drive success.

In this critical role, you will:

• Lead process design sessions using Lean Six Sigma and business process modeling to identify gaps and develop improvement solutions
• Develop and implement future-state business process designs, including project plans, process maps, and communication strategies
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiencies and customer experience
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators for process improvement initiatives
• Maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures beyond project timelines
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document and update current-state policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
• Drive results by consistently achieving goals and managing priorities to ensure timely project completion
