Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this critical role, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving the improvement and optimization of Global Order to Cash processes. You'll collaborate with Business Process Owners, Project Management Office, Technology Teams, and the Adoption Team to embed a mindset focused on simplification, continuous improvement, and process enhancement. Your expertise will be instrumental in our current Order to Cash Transformation journey, implementing Zuora.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate partnerships with Global Business Process Owners
• Provide business process management expertise and drive optimization initiatives
• Document and maintain existing Order to Cash business processes
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes, enhancing quality of service and productivity
• Act as a liaison between business and technology groups, ensuring innovative and scalable solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and make recommendations
• Foster a process-based culture through effective communication, customer relationship management, and performance management
• Participate in requirements gathering, impact analysis, test case definition, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an Order to Cash process improvement role
• Experience working with Zuora and Salesforce from an Order to Cash perspective
• Experience driving transformational change in large organizations using process design methodologies
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $144,000 per year
