We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Account Manager to join our team as a Virtual Assistant, working remotely and earning a competitive salary of $26-$35 per hour. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Job Summary:

As a Digital Account Manager - Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns for our marketing partners, working closely with our creative, production, and project management teams, as well as external partners. You will be the key point of contact for our marketing partners, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Digital Account Manager and assist with day-to-day client requests, serving as a key office representative for our marketing partners
• Execute strategic digital plans and daily program execution to achieve our marketing partners' goals
• Develop strategic and creative briefs in collaboration with marketing partners and strategy teams
• Collaborate with project management and creative teams to oversee the production and execution of compelling digital content
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to foster deep client relationships, build trust, and manage daily client requests with internal teams
• Proactively support colleagues and collaborate with them to help achieve targets
• Establish a positive team environment through cooperation and collaboration

Requirements:

• 3+ years of account management experience from a leading digital creative agency or in-house brand
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Google web applications, and Tumbler Genius DC
• Ability to work with a Project Management tool (e.g., Workfront)
• Excellent public speaking skills and experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of digital marketing, advertising, marketing, and media
