Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff as needed
• Provide technical support to customers navigating our online platform, pharmacy.amazon.com
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 6+ months of professional experience working with computers and online tools
• Reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Ability to work in a private, distraction-free home environment with dedicated focus on customers during work hours
• Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed, with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with technology, including computers, software, and online platforms
