About this Role:

Reporting to the VP of E-commerce and Paid Media, the Amazon Vendor Operations Specialist will be a key member of our Digital Team. You'll be our expert in all things Amazon Vendor operations, collaborating closely with our 3PL, Amazon agency, and VP of E-commerce to optimize our Amazon business through best-in-class operational support. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your Amazon expertise within a dynamic digital environment, providing technical guidance while gaining exposure to the full spectrum of digital and performance marketing. As a new role, you'll have the chance to shape the team and define the role to align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Amazon PO processing within Vendor Central and our WMIS, encompassing receiving, labeling, pickup scheduling, and post-shipment PO tracking.
  • Ensure our 3PL maintains adequate inventory levels to meet Amazon forecasts, working with the Operations team to strategically transfer inventory and fulfill Amazon POs on time and in full.
  • Provide weekly reports on Amazon PO status, informing internal teams and the 3PL of critical next steps, including shipped PO revenue, outstanding pickup revenue, unpicked orders, upcoming pickup appointments, and any order discrepancies.
  • Contribute to and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PO processing, inventory management at the 3PL, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working within Amazon Vendor Central and a 3rd party WMIS, with hands-on experience manually handling Amazon POs from receipt/confirmation to ASN generation.
  • Experience with Vendor Central order processing via SPS Commerce and ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • 3 years of experience directly interacting with a 3PL fulfillment team is required.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience reporting on order and fulfillment KPIs, and tracking key metrics to ensure on-time and in-full order fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures and build processes where they don't exist.
  • Strong understanding of inventory lead time management and forecasting, with the ability to leverage forecasts to proactively identify and address potential out-of-stock risks.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about the day-to-day details of operations, with a strong desire to see projects through to completion.

We Encourage You to Apply! Even if you don't meet every qualification, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our supportive team.
