Remote Revenue Management Analyst

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you'll play a vital role in forecasting, sales optimization, and adapting to evolving market conditions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market conditions, including capacity, competition, schedules, and fares, to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Forecast demand and optimize pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor booking trends and adjust strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Extract and interpret data from various sources (dashboards, databases, Revenue Management Systems) to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to communicate strategies and results.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Job-Specific Experience & Skills:

Entry Level (Professional 1)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2 years of experience in analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take calculated risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in statistical evaluation programs (e.g., Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Intermediate Level (Professional 2)

  • 2 years of analytical experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2 additional years of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in statistical evaluation programs (e.g., Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and present large datasets.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Senior Level (Professional 3)

  • 4 years of analytical experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2 additional years of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in statistical evaluation programs (e.g., Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and present large datasets.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
