Customer Service Representative – MED D - Seasonal - Remote Location: Must reside near Harrisburg, PA Pay: $17.31/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: September 6, 2025 – January 30, 2026 Type: Temp-to-Hire Equipment Provided We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support senior citizens during the prescription drug open enrollment period. This is a remote position, but you must live within commuting distance to Harrisburg, PA. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist with benefit questions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate resolutions
  • Update customer records and document all interactions

Requirements:

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Reliable internet and distraction-free home workspace
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
