We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager, Client Success to join our team at Slavic401k. As a key member of our Client Success department, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our mid and large market clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with a competitive salary range of $60K - $75K and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an Account Manager, Client Success, you will be responsible for:

• Providing concierge-level customer service support to a designated client list of up to 15-20 mid and large market professional employer organizations (PEOs), payroll companies, and worksites
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on client satisfaction, communication, and retention activities
• Demonstrating a consultative approach, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and providing expert guidance on retirement plan services
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve client issues and relay customer feedback
• Developing customized reporting and contributing to the development of client-facing materials
• Ensuring client satisfaction, improving client promoter scores, and soliciting feedback to drive process improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a related client-facing role
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Salesforce
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
