Job Title: Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (Remote, Freelance/Contract)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to manage and optimize our recruitment administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience. As a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for posting job openings, screening resumes, maintaining our Applicant Tracking System, preparing recruitment-related documents, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on various job boards and platforms to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information and status updates.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Process background checks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation and collecting necessary paperwork.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing administrative processes within the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience in maintaining and organizing recruitment-related platforms and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to create professional and organized documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment function.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
