Aftersales Market Manager - National Accounts

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Market Manager to drive business growth and lead our national accounts team in North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will leverage your sales acumen, portfolio management expertise, and program development skills to expand our parts, accessories, and service solutions.

Role Description

In this critical role, you will serve as a business leader and authority on competitive pricing, programs, and go-to-market plans. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer experience enhancement.
  • Creating and overseeing pricing, programs, sales tool development, growth initiatives, and process improvements to increase sales and margin.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations, to drive business results.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with top dealers and national accounts to drive sales and growth.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Developing and executing merchandising strategies, sales programs, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Providing executive-level summaries and strategic recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key metrics for success will include revenue growth, margin improvement, product placement, and expansion.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in sales, business management, or service/aftersales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a hard goods service industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and business results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and drive insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Warehouse reporting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week, mostly via air.
