Job Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner using ADP Workforce Now
• Review and validate timecards, overtime, and deductions
• Generate and issue accurate invoices for services/products rendered
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and prepare billing reports
• Collaborate closely with HR, plants, and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations

Requirements

• Extensive experience in payroll management, particularly with ADP Workforce Now
• Deep understanding of payroll regulations and billing procedures
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with corporate internal controls
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and billing
• Strong communication skills for customer service and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial reporting and audits
• Previous roles in payroll or billing within a corporate environment
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in payroll and billing processes
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
