Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner.

Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.

Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.

Assist with event coordination, travel bookings, and other logistical support as needed.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.) and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position offers flexible working hours, allowing for both part-time and full-time schedules.
