Location: Devens, Salem, Peabody, and Watertown, MA We are seeking skilled manufacturing professionals to join growing food and industrial manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts. Multiple direct hire and contract-to-hire roles are available, with competitive pay, shift differentials, monthly, annually, and stay-on bonuses. Available Positions Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd & 3rd Shift Location: Devens, MA | Pay: $32–$40/hr.+ $1,500 Stay-on-Bonus Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Install and modify wiring, fixtures, conduits, and controls.
• Work with schematics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate on mechanical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication projects.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA policies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent education/training).
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, schematics, and automated machinery.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and safety mindset.

Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd & 3rd Shift (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Salem, MA | Pay: $32–$38/hr. + $1,500 Stay-on-Bonus Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot maintenance failures using assembly drawings, P&IDs, and manuals.
• Perform electrical and logic troubleshooting on VFDs, SCRs, motor starters, PLCs, and SLCs.
• Apply plumbing, metalworking, and general facility maintenance skills.
• Train new team members and maintain a safe work area.
• Operate SCADA systems and support production troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years food processing maintenance experience with control systems.

Maintenance Mechanic – Food Manufacturing Location: Peabody, MA | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm | Pay: $27–$32/hr. + $1,500 Stay-on-Bonus Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, packaging, and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• General facility maintenance: lighting, plumbing, HVAC, building repairs.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Respond to breakdowns and implement long-term fixes.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain accurate records and follow food safety regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing Location: Watertown, MA | Pay: $27–$32/hr. + $2,000 Stay-on-Bonus Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate department activities with Production Manager.
• Collaborate with leads, QA, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify root causes and implement solutions to production challenges.
• Lead, coach, and support staff; fill in for Production Manager as needed.
• Operate forklifts and assist with special projects.

Mechanic Electrician – 2nd Shift Location: Watertown, MA | Pay: $32–$42/hr. + $2,000 Stay-on-Bonus Responsibilities:

• Set up, repair, and maintain assembly and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and install/debug plant equipment.
• Assist production and maintenance teams; resolve quality and safety issues.
• Record maintenance activities and participate in on-call coverage.

Maintenance Mechanic Fabricator – 2nd Shift Location: Watertown, MA | Pay: $32–$42/hr. + $2,000 Stay-on-Bonus Responsibilities:

• Machine setup and repair of assembly and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and stabilize plant equipment.
• Assist production and maintenance assignments.
• Record maintenance data and participate in on-call coverage.
• Communicate and resolve quality and safety concerns.

Press Brake Setup Technician Location: Peabody, MA | Pay: $35–$40/hr. + $2,000 Stay-on-Bonus Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Amada RG series press brakes with NC9EX control.
• Read blueprints and measure parts using calipers and height gauges.
• Change tooling and adjust machine settings for precision forming.
• Inspect finished parts to meet strict quality standards.
• Follow ISO and internal procedures for quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience with Amada Press Brakes (NC9EX preferred).
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
