What You”ll Be Doing: Mentoring and leading team members of varying skill levelsEnabling cross-functional teams within the front-end ecosystemUsing your experience to drive the team”s technical roadmapBuilding scalable applications with Javascript (React), HTML, and CSSUsing React to build highly optimized and scalable world-class single-page applicationsCode primarily in JavaScript using modern ES6+ standardsCollaborating with other engineers, designers, and technical product managers to write, test, and deploy your code safely to productionParticipating in a strong culture of ownership, pragmatism, testing, teaching, and learningWorking closely with Product, Design, Platform Services, and Release Management teams to contribute to our application roadmapInvestigating, diagnosing and resolving issues within the applicationExperience working in an agile environment (e.g. Scrum/Kanban)Ensuring that the application follows W3C Accessibility Guidelines Tools you”ll be working with: Figma and Design TokensReact + SvelteTailwind CSSWebpack 5Jenkins CI/CD PipelinesREST APIsJest and Cypress Capital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.
