Medical History Writer / Medical Report Reviewer Level 1

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

Job Summary: Employee will be responsible for review of medical-legal reports, making edits to improve format, fact-check content, and writing medical history summaries based on available medical records. Typical edits will include inserting basic biographical data, correcting Word doc formatting, ensuring accuracy of dates and medical facts cited in the report by checking against the source records, etc. The position may require interaction with clients, our physicians, and your report QA supervisor by phone and email.
