Key Responsibilities Process and update incoming shipment data into UPS warehouse management systems.

Coordinate with on-site warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment accuracy.

Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.

Handle customer and vendor inquiries regarding shipping status, returns, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process shipping labels, bills of lading, and documentation for domestic and international deliveries.

Monitor workflow to ensure packages meet UPS quality and delivery standards.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Prior logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience is an advantage, but not required—training provided.
