Join Our Team as an EPIC Senior Financial Operations Analyst: Are you passionate about precision and ready to safeguard our treasury operations through meticulous financial modeling and analysis? As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our Treasury team, you'll be the guardian of financial accuracy in our loan funding operations. We're seeking a detail-obsessed analyst who understands that in treasury operations, precision isn't just preferred—it's absolutely critical to our business success. What You'll Do:

  • Develop sophisticated business logic for loan portfolios, incorporating cancellations, adjustments, and dispute scenarios
  • Transform manual Excel-driven processes into automated solutions using stored procedures and database automation, SSRS, and potentially APIs like box.com
  • Support critical treasury funding with accurate, timely financial analysis
  • Design and maintain complex reporting systems that provide real-time insights into loan funding performance
  • Collaborate closely with treasury leadership to ensure funding strategies are supported by robust data analysis
  • Build and optimize transactional database queries that form the backbone of our financial reporting
  • Maintain the highest standards of data integrity, knowing that every calculation impacts business-critical decisions and any errors have a long tail of impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury operations, or loan portfolio analytics
  • Proven track record working with large-scale transactional databases and real-time financial reporting
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries from Transaction databases
  • Strong background in financial modeling and data analysis, especially in loan or funding environments
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced in automating manual processes
  • Familiarity with SSRS, stored procedures, and APIs (e.g., box.com) is highly desirable
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies quickly and effectively
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
