Your Responsibilities
- Build Relationships:Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Educate Clients:Use a consultative, needs-based approach to explain insurance options.
- Generate Leads:Schedule appointments, identify needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Achieve Goals:Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay Organized:Manage your time, tasks, and client interactions effectively.
Requirements
- Priorsales experiencepreferred (inside/outside/retail/telemarketing).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strongcommunication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Must be able toobtain a Life and Health Insurance License(approx. $200 investment).
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
