Ninety percent of the outbound loads will have a backhaul. BUT YOU ARE GOING TO GET PAID EXTREMELY WELL FOR DOING THIS! Drivers will earn $25 per stop and $90 for unloading the trailer This is a 100% touch freight job, with the driver manually unloading all freight. Yes I did say you have to unload freight, but before you panic realize you are going to make a lot of money for each stop and unload, you are getting exercise and being paid for it and you are keeping yourself healthy. The fact is Many drivers are having health problems due to lack of exercise, so here is a great solution to keep you in shape and get paid a lot of money to do so. In addition to mileage pay, the drivers will earn $25.00 per stop and $90 per load. So how do you make over $1500 to $1800 a week or more? Well you will haul 3 to 5 loads a week, so if you haul 5 loads you get paid $90 per load that = $450. You get paid $25.00 per stop with 6 stops per trailer which = $150 per load x 5 Loads = $750 in Stop pay. If you drive only 1200 miles that week at .50 CPM that is an additional $660.00 mileage pay. So let's add that up: $450 + $750 + $775 = $1860.00. So you can see that is way over $1500 a week . If you don't want to hustle and get 5 loads, you should still easily average $1200 to $1500 a week. Mileage Pay is from .44 CPM for someone with limited experience up to .55 for a driver with over 8 years of experience.
