About the Role GenAI models are evolving quickly - our goal is to train them to address specialized questions and achieve complex reasoning skills. We’re looking for AI Trainers with a distinct combination of finance experience, SQL knowledge, and English fluency to contribute to a complex Finance project.

Every Mindrift project is unique, but tasks usually involve:

• Generate prompts that challenge AI.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers.
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.
• Apply your finance/accounting expertise in an innovative AI setting for a globally recognized client.
• Strengthen your SQL and data analysis skills through hands - on tasks.
• Gain early access to a pilot project with strong potential for scale and long-term collaboration.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree orMaster’s Degree in finance or relevant area.
• You have a 3 years ofprofessional experience ideally as analyst or in a relevant fields.
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
