Monetization Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Ad Monetization Analyst to join our team. You will support our efforts in optimizing ad auctions, analyzing monetization data, and automating reporting processes to strengthen our monetization strategy. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams such as product and user acquisition, you will provide insights to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) and drive improvements across our games.To succeed, you should be a detail-oriented and creativeproblem-solver with a strong passion for data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Optimize ad auction;Monitor and analyze monetization KPIs to ensure strategy effectivenessand stability of our games;Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights;Report monetization results to product teams, providing insights to boost LTV;Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to establish monetization best practices;Develop automated reports using API integrations;Automate processes using JavaScript and Python for improved efficiency.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;Experience in any research area based on data (finance, gaming,consumer products and others);Proficient in English at an advanced level;Experience creating analysis tools in Excel or Google Sheets;Skilled in JavaScript, Python, and SQL;Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw data-driven business insights;Detail-oriented.Required seniority: Mid-level
