We are involved in construction work specializing in farm structures. The type of work in which construction workers will engage is agricultural. Per the definition of secondary agriculture in Code for Regulation 29, ?secondary agriculture? includes operations other than those that fall within the term?s primary meaning. It consists of any practices, whether or not they are themselves farming practices performed either by a farmer or on a farm as an incident to or in conjunction with ?such? farming operations. Since grain storage bins and animal confinement facilities are built on the farm for the farmer, we feel we land squarely in secondary agriculture in conjunction with farming operations. The workers will perform tasks involving physical labor on farms. The workers may also operate hand and power tools and equipment of all types, which include but are not limited to, air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, forklifts, skid loaders, ground jacks, surveying and measure equipmen
