Web Developer

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Web Developer to serve as the on-demand developer for Move Supply Chain and More Staffing. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our websites are continuously optimized—technically and visually—for performance, automation, marketing, and conversion. This includes proposing and implementing improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

This is a part-time (10 hours/week), project-based remote role with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the WordPress websites for both brands, ensuring they remain functional, optimized, and aligned with business goals
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to site performance, design flow, navigation, and SEO
  • Build and update landing pages, lead capture tools, and campaign-related content in collaboration with the marketing and content teams
  • Conduct QA testing and troubleshoot issues across devices and browsers
  • Monitor analytics and user behavior to identify areas for optimization
  • Manage tools, plugins, and integrations—especially HubSpot forms and automations
  • Maintain fast load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and a smooth user experience
  • Provide documentation and SOPs for website updates and tools used

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with WordPress (Wix knowledge a plus)
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot integrations, including forms and automations
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization (load speed, SEO, responsiveness)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and tools like PageSpeed Insights
  • Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and QA abilities
  • Clear communication and the ability to work independently and asynchronously
  • Experience using project/task management tools (ClickUp preferred)

Performance Expectations

  • Suggest 2+ improvement ideas per month related to SEO, UX, or automation
  • Maintain 99% uptime and sub-3 second load speed for key pages
  • Complete 95% of assigned tasks on time
  • Deliver updates with 90% or higher QA success rate
  • Engage in at least 90% of cross-team syncs or provide timely async updates
  • Ensure all integrations are secure, functioning, and well-documented
