ABBYY is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and advance our workflow and orchestration capabilities across our product suite. This role is pivotal in streamlining automation processes, optimizing customer journeys, and enhancing the effectiveness of intelligent document automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the strategic direction and roadmap for workflow automation and orchestration features across ABBYY’s intelligent document automation product offerings
  • Deeply understand customer use cases, pain points, and workflows involved in document processing and automation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, professional services, and customer success teams to deliver highly effective automation solutions
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including detailed requirements gathering, prioritization, planning, and successful market launch of workflow features
  • Evangelize workflow and orchestration innovations internally and externally, clearly articulating value propositions and competitive differentiation
  • Continuously engage in market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to drive product innovation and ensure ABBYY’s solutions lead the market
  • Identify integration opportunities that will enable customers to complete their end-to-end processing

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, specifically within intelligent document automation, workflow orchestration, or related automation fields
  • Deep expertise in workflow automation technologies, customer journey mapping, and document-driven processes
  • Proven track record managing products that automate complex workflows, particularly within the intelligent document automation or related spaces
  • Strong understanding of the intelligent automation market, including process orchestration, workflow management, AI-driven automation, and integration capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of AI Agents and LLM-driven decision nodes, and how they fit into workflow orchestration
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with ABBYY products or other intelligent automation and document management platforms

Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $117,000 and $136,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
