About the Role

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and resolving any guest concerns in a timely and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests * Effectively assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations * Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner * Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment * Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay * Utilize Opera experience to streamline guest service and enhance the overall guest experience * Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Basic computer skills and familiarity with Opera experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role * Familiarity with Opera experience and ability to utilize it to streamline guest service * Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
