About the Role
At Motive, our growth marketing team drives customer acquisition and revenue growth across all touchpoints. We prioritize user-centric strategies to deliver our core value proposition effectively. We're seeking a Advertising Operations Senior Specialist based in Pakistan to assist with our advertising operations, including trafficking and administrative duties such as purchase order creation.
What You'll Do
- Manage Advertising Operations: Oversee trafficking and administrative tasks including purchase order creation for digital marketing campaigns across programmatic display, paid social, digital direct, paid editorials, paid search, content syndication, affiliates, and lead buying channels.
- Campaign Implementation: Execute end-to-end campaign trafficking front, from implementation, pacing, optimization, and performance measurement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the growth channel leads and managers to deploy budgets effectively and contribute to digital investment strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on advertising operations, preferably in B2B environments. Experience with SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital ad technologies, ad operations, campaign management, and tracking methodologies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively and efficiently with team stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
