What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management as needed
• Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
• Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
• Developing rapport with customers through an upbeat and positive attitude
• Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues

What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

• Excellent customer service attitude and a proven track record of success
• The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
• A friendly, confident, and self-starter personality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive and quick troubleshooter attitude
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

While we're open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds, we do prefer:

• 1 year of customer service-related experience
• 1 year of call center experience
• A strong understanding of computer software and systems
