About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Applying statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Assisting in the execution of statistical and mathematical analyses to inform business decisions across various departments.
• Developing and implementing algorithms and statistical predictive models to assess scenarios and forecast future outcomes.
• Applying analytical rigor and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, using advanced statistical methods such as predictive statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design and evaluation, and data mining.
• Developing and validating hypotheses using a range of advanced mathematical, statistical, clinical, and/or computational techniques, including probability models, machine learning, data mining, sample identification, data visualization, predictive analytics, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, and/or other sophisticated methods.
• Documenting assigned tasks, including business objectives, data collection and processing, key methods, final algorithm, unique set of results, and analytical metrics.
• Assisting in the development of materials to present assignment findings to stakeholders.
• Escalating issues and roadblocks as they arise.
• Interacting with team members, colleagues, and external partners to provide regular updates on assigned tasks.
• Presenting interpretation of findings to internal clients, as required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of analytics, statistical, or mathematical concepts and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the country.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
