Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDL-A Company Driver to join our team of professional flatbed OTR drivers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently across the country, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to the growth and success of our organization by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and other drivers to ensure smooth and efficient load planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, miles driven, and other relevant metrics.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, including hours of service, weight and size restrictions, and hazardous materials handling.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• CDL-A license with a valid endorsement for flatbed operation.
• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years.
• 3 months of flatbed experience in the last year.
• Excellent driving record, with a clean MVR and no preventable accidents.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with the following:

• Experience with load planning and execution.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to speak multiple languages.
• Experience with dispatch software and other logistics tools.

• Average weekly earnings of $2,000-$2,300.
• 27% of the total load gross paid to all drivers.
• Averaging between $7,000-$9,000 per week total load gross.
