The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across the Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian markets. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing accurate information, finding solutions, and ensuring our clients' journeys run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing great customer service via phone and email
  • Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level). You'll also need to be flexible, dynamic, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Other essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location and Working Hours

This role is available full-time or part-time, with flexible working hours to suit your needs. You'll have the option to work from home or from our office in Riga, and you'll be expected to work 8.5 hours per day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM.
