Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing accurate and personalized communication to our users through live chat, email, and social media. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the video and streaming world, providing expert solutions to our customers, and contributing to the ongoing learning and success of your team. Key Responsibilities

* Provide accurate and personalized communication to blithequark users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the video and streaming world, including new features, updates, and best practices
  • Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of your team by participating in experimentation efforts across the team that help drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience
  • Be an advocate of blithequark and share product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product
  • Pass customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization's offerings
  • Collaborate with other teams, including product and sales, to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in streaming with blithequark or a similar platform

  • Understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English language (an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus)
  • Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously
  • Resourceful, flexible, and able to hold yourself accountable
  • Available to work assigned shift rotations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a startup environment

  • Familiarity with video and streaming software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
