Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch support to customers through live chat, email, and phone, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
