Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and training to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle an average of 50-60 customer calls per shift, with minimal downtime and high productivity

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and courtesy
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
