Key Responsibilities

As an Omni-Channel Customer Engagement Strategist with blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive omni-channel customer engagement strategies for healthcare brands. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting digital landscape assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing customer journeys that map the patient, provider, and payer experience across multiple touchpoints
  • Creating data-driven customer profiles that inform marketing and engagement strategies
  • Designing and implementing integrated multi-channel strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  • Developing digital strategies that leverage emerging channels and technologies
  • Creating points-of-view and recommendations surrounding emerging channels and technologies
  • Developing measurement plans and integrated reports that track performance and inform optimization efforts
  • Analyzing performance data and making improvement recommendations to drive business growth
  • Recommending and managing tests and optimization actions to maximize ROI
  • Staying abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure that our clients remain at the forefront of innovation

Expertise and Requirements

We are seeking independent consultants with expertise in the following areas:

  • Omni-channel customer engagement
  • Patient engagement and support strategy
  • HCP engagement strategy
  • Payer engagement strategy
  • Digital health strategy

The ideal consultant will be a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, deep subject matter expertise in digital and multi-channel engagement in healthcare, and a proven track record of conceiving and guiding strategies that make a measurable impact. You will be a thought leader with a strong service orientation, capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward.

Relevant Prior Experiences

We are looking for consultants with the following prior experiences:

  • Established an independent consulting practice or worked as a Lead Strategist in a consulting firm, agency, or client organization
  • Proven experience in conceiving and guiding strategies that make a measurable impact
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in healthcare or planning digital health solutions
  • Experience working with cross-channel data and analytical tools
  • Ability to interpret and analyze digital performance data
  • Ability to develop measurement plans and design actionable reports
  • Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
  • Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing process
  • Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
