Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. - Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations, including handling cancellations and refunds.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
