Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the specialty pharmacy and medical device markets. You will work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your expertise and knowledge of the healthcare industry will be essential in building strong relationships and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the specialty pharmacy and medical device markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to communicate the value of our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with healthcare providers and payers
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and other performance metrics to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and other factors that impact the healthcare industry

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex products and services to healthcare providers and payers
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on the healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a specialty pharmacy or medical device company
  • Strong knowledge of the specialty pharmacy and medical device markets, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand market presence
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results
