Graphic Designer
Bertram Capital is a private equity firm targeting investments in lower middle market companies. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support internal creative needs across presentations, digital content, and brand materials, suitable for an early-career designer looking to grow in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and update corporate slide decks and presentation templates
- Support website maintenance and visual updates
- Create branded digital and print materials for internal and external use
- Assist with light video editing and motion content
- Apply and maintain brand standards across all visual assets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear, polished design work
Skills
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of professional related experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and comfort working in Figma
- Familiarity with basic AI design tools and workflows
- Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, design, and brand awareness
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to give and receive direction and constructive criticism in an open, positive, and collaborative communication style
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Willingness to jump in where needed on a variety of design-related tasks
- Fast-learner on a wide variety of product lines and markets
- Work enthusiastically, respectfully, and collaboratively within the department as well as across other departments within the company
- Obsessive attention to detail and organization
