Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Perform data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, and utilize pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, and develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and address data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Productivity and Quality Standards: Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring that our data entry processes are efficient and accurate.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Computer Systems: Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Data Collection and Analysis: Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, including the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong Typing Skills: Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a Similar Role or Industry: Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications
